service description: how e-relocation works
Welcome to e-relocation services! Whether you are a new arrival or a long-term resident, the inevitable challenges of living in a foreign country can easily have an impact on your well-being. We are here to help you navigate local procedures and tackle issues you may find difficult to address on your own.
Information we provide aims to bridge gaps in language comprehension, ease intercultural communication, and help coordinate time-sensitive tasks. By providing advice, suggestions, and information, we help you address your most pressing needs in a timely manner.
How We Work
We listen to your situation, explain puzzling circumstances and answer immediate questions. Advice is offered for what we feel is the best course of action, considering your circumstances and time frame. Information given allows you to act independently and knowledgably in challenging situations in a timely manner.
By request, we help prioritize tasks according to urgency, degree of difficulty, or timing. You receive the results verbally or in writing. You may also receive supporting documentation to execute a procedure or task.
The service is virtual, meaning there is no face-to-face contact. Any interaction with e-relocation is deducted from your purchased time allotment, starting with your first Angel Call and continuing until either your time has been used up or the service agreement expires. You may purchase additional time during any point of the service.
Please note that services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Services are valid only within the time period indicated on your order form.
Initial Contact & Assessment
During initial contact, we will discuss your needs, answer immediate questions or concerns, and describe our service in more detail if requested. We also assess what can realistically be addressed within the allotted timeframe and work out a plan of action based on your goals.
In order to maximize your benefit, please explain your situation as simply as possible. Prioritize tasks which must be addressed immediately and determine which questions or information you require most. We can help you with this process but remember: all time spent in communication with e-relocation is deducted from your purchased allotment.
